Sharma) is a graduate in Commerce from University of Calcutta, a Chartered Accountant and a Company Secretary by qualification with a consistent and comprehensive academic track record. He has a total working experience of around 35 years, out of which his association with the Group is for around 25 years. He has a wide experience in the field of Finance including Project Finance, accounts, Taxation, Secretarial, Contract Negotiation etc. He has made decisive contribution for the growth and functioning of the Company. He is presently the Executive Director (Finance) of Dhunseri Ventures Limited. He is a nominee director of Dhunseri Ventures Limited.

Mr. Sanjay Ahuja (Mr. S. Ahuja) is a Chartered Accountant by qualification. He has been associated with Indorama Ventures Group since 1998. He has a wide experience in the field of Finance and has a total working experience of around 30 years. He is presently the Group Chief Financial Officer & Executive Director of Indorama Ventures Public Company Limited. He is a nominee director of Indorama Ventures Public Company Limited.
