Mr. Kumar Sambhaw Ladha (Mr. K. S. Ladha) is a Master of Business Administration and has a bachelor’s degree in marketing. He has been associated with Indorama Ventures Group since 2004 and has a total working experience of more than 25 years. He has a wide experience in the field of International Marketing, M&A, Corporate Strategy and Business Management. He is presently the Senior Vice President of Asia PET Business of Indorama Ventures Public Company Limited. He is the nominee director of Indorama Ventures Public Company Limited.
Mr. Brijesh Kumar Biyani

Mr. Brijesh Kumar Biyani (Mr. B. K. Biyani) is a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering with Hons. from IIT Kharagpur and also a Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Engineering from National Productivity Council, secured first rank and is a Gold Medalist. He has wide and varied experience in projects and corporate strategy. He served as the Chief Risk Management Officer and Executive Director – Corporate at South Asian Petrochem Limited from May 31, 2006 to June 2010 and as an Executive Director of Dhunseri Petrochem and Tea Ltd. from July 2010 to March 31, 2012. He had earlier served in various positions in Usha Martin Group including as Managing Director of Usha Beltron Ltd., from 1992 to 1998 and as Group Advisor from 1998 to 2003. He served for National Productivity Council from 1977 to 1980, S.B. Billimoria & Co. from 1980 to 1985 and with BOC (India) Ltd. from 1985 to 1990. He is a nominee director of Dhunseri Ventures Limited.
