Mr. Chandra Kumar Dhanuka (Mr. C. K. Dhanuka) is a graduate in Commerce and has over 50 years of experience in the industry. An industrialist by occupation, he is the Ex-Chairman of FICCI (Eastern Regional Council) and is also a member of the National Committee of FICCI. Mr. C.K Dhanuka was the Ex-Chairman of the Indian Tea Association and the Ex-Vice Chairman of the Tea Board.Providing industry wide leadership and management strategy may be deemed as his areas of expertise. He was also the Ex-President of the All India Organization of Employers. He is presently the Executive Chairman of Dhunseri Ventures Limited and Dhunseri Tea & Industries Limited and Dhunseri Poly Films Private Limited. His directorship in our Company is nominated by Dhunseri Ventures Limited.

Mr. Yashovardhan Lohia (Mr. Yash Lohia) is the Executive President of Petchem and Chairman of the ESG Council of Indorama Ventures Public Company Limited. He leads the strategic direction and competitiveness of the Combined PET (CPET) business while overseeing the Company’s sustainability agenda. With extensive international experience across packaging, fibers, and integrated PET operations, he has played a key role in driving operational excellence, portfolio optimization, customer integration, and sustainable growth under the IVL 2.0 strategy. His directorship in our Company is nominated by Indorama Ventures Global Services Limited.
