Mr. Mrigank Dhanuka (Mr. M. Dhanuka) is a B.Com (Hons) graduate from Calcutta University. He is also on the Board of other Associates companies of the group. He has also undergone a three-year course on Industrial & Operations Engineering from university of Michigan, USA. He had his initial training with the group companies and has gathered considerable experience in all areas of business, particularly in Petrochemicals & Tea. His directorship in our Company is nominated by Dhunseri Ventures Limited.

Mr. Muthukumar Paramasivam (Mr. M. Paramasivam) is the President of the Combined PET (CPET) segment at Indorama Ventures Public Company Limited, where he leads the global strategy, operations, and performance of the business. With over 28 years of experience at Indorama Ventures since joining the company in 1998, he has held a number of senior commercial and leadership positions across Asia and the Americas. He holds an MBA in International Business from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) and a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology (NIT), Tiruchirappalli. His extensive industry experience, strategic leadership, and deep expertise in the PET business have contributed significantly to the company’s growth and global development.His directorship in our Company is nominated by Indorama Ventures Global Services Limited.
