Mr. Rajiv Kumar Sharma (Mr. R. K. Sharma) is a graduate in Commerce from University of Calcutta, a Chartered Accountant and a Company Secretary by qualification with a consistent and comprehensive academic track record. He has a total working experience of around 40 years, out of which his association with the Group is for around 28 years. He has a wide experience in the field of Finance including Project Finance, accounts, Taxation, Secretarial, Contract Negotiation etc. He has made decisive contribution for the growth and functioning of the Company.He is presently the Whole Time Director & CEO in Dhunseri Poly Films Private Limited and Non-Executive Director of Dhunseri Ventures Limited. His directorship in our Company is nominated by Dhunseri Ventures Limited.

Mr. Samir Rawal (Mr. S. Rawal) is a Vice President – APAC, Australia, and New Zealand-Regional P&L Leadership Team, graduation in Chemistry topping in college, Gold Medalist in 2 years Full time post graduate diploma in Paints and Polymers from VJTI, Mumbai, 2 years full time MMS/MBA (Master of Management Studies)Mumbai university topping in Marketing. He has over 26 years of Work Experience including 2 years in Asian Paints R&D, 2 years in Retail sales with Ion Exchange, 3 years with Sojitz corporation for Southeast and Far East Asia, 3 years with Croda as National Sales and Marketing Manager, Fuels & Lubricants, Metal working etc. and 9 Years with Huntsman Performance Products including country 5 years as Country Manager. His directorship in our Company is nominated by Indorama Ventures Global Services Limited.
