Mr. Amit Maheshwari (Mr. A. Maheshwari) is currently the Chief Financial Officer of the Combined PET business of Indorama Ventures Public Company Limited, based in Bangkok, Thailand. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Rajasthan University and qualified as a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2002. With more than 20 years of international experience, he has held various leadership roles across finance, integration, commercial management, and strategic operations in Asia, Europe, and South America. Throughout his career with Indorama Ventures and other multinational organizations, he has developed extensive expertise in financial management, business integration, operational excellence, and global business leadership. His directorship in our Company is nominated by Indorama Ventures Global Services Limited.
