Sharma) is a graduate in Commerce from University of Calcutta, a Chartered Accountant and a Company Secretary by qualification with a consistent and comprehensive academic track record. He has a total working experience of around 40 years, out of which his association with the Group is for around 28 years. He has a wide experience in the field of Finance including Project Finance, accounts, Taxation, Secretarial, Contract Negotiation etc. He has made decisive contribution for the growth and functioning of the Company.He is presently the Whole Time Director & CEO in Dhunseri Poly Films Private Limited and Non-Executive Director of Dhunseri Ventures Limited. His directorship in our Company is nominated by Dhunseri Ventures Limited.

Mr. Kuldeep Singh P Verdia (K. Verdia) is a Chartered Accountant and has a bachelor’s degree in commerce. He has been associated with Indorama Ventures Group since 2013 and has a total working experience of more than 25 years. He has a wide experience in the field of Accounting, Procurement, Marketing, and Business Management. He is presently the Senior Vice President of IPET Asia Business of Indorama Ventures Public Company Limited. His directorship in our Company is nominated by Indorama Ventures Public Company Limited.
